Hardcore Pawn employee Bobby Janiec tells Express.co.uk about the staff stealing scandal caught on camera at American Jewelry and Loan.
Hardcore Pawn shocked fans almost 10 years ago after staff were seen on CCTV snatching stock from Les, Seth and Ashley Gold's popular pawn shop American Jewelry and Loan. The explosive reality TV show exposed the former employees, including their beloved security guard Joe.
TruTV's Hardcore Pawn was never short of drama on the shop floor, but occasionally wrongdoing would occur behind the counter.
Despite the show wrapping in 2015, a whole new generation of viewers is enjoying the show via short clips shared on TikTok.
Full-length videos are going viral on YouTube and shop owners Les, Seth and Ashley Gold are being propelled into the spotlight once again.
Express.co.uk caught up with former Hardcore Pawn employee Bobby J who shed some light on the chaotic staffing situation back in the day.

Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk, Bobby explained: "The biggest question I've been getting is about the stealing in the show.
"I say the same thing every time, what you saw on that show, with the staff at that particular moment, was 100 per cent real.
"Anything beyond that is not my business to talk about."
One particular episode showed the moment Les' beloved security guard Joe was caught pinching products from American Jewelry and Loan.

Speaking of the ordeal, Bobby J admitted: "There are human beings, they were my brothers and sisters when we worked there.
"Inside those four walls, we were brothers. So I can't offer anything outside of what you saw, that incident was all real.
"Stuff happened and yeah, there were some uncomfortable times with staff and the vibe of the shop sometimes.
"But just like anywhere else, stuff flushes, we filter through and keep it moving."
